Supervision

AICMA is guided by high standards of trust and quality. For this reason, a transparent and effective supervision framework is being developed to support both the maintenance of members’ trust marks and the professionalism of the entire network. Supervision is not intended as control for its own sake, but primarily cooperation and prevention; AICMA aims to help members comply with standards, raise awareness, and support their continuous development.​

A trust-based mechanism is planned, through which feedback will be collected, spot assessments carried out, and support provided where necessary to improve processes. Supervision is designed to cover service quality, communication, partnerships, and compliance with AICMA’s values and good practice. In this way, AICMA aims to ensure that members are reliable partners for the entire automotive & components sector, both domestically and internationally.
